Kapish Haldia is a serial entrepreneur and professional investor based in Southern California.

Born and raised in Studio City to Indian immigrants, Kapish has been immersed in entrepreneurship since the time he could walk. His family owned a successful jewelry company, where he helped out and learned about commerce.

This early exposure to business operations coupled with his academic pursuits at New York University's Stern School of Business shaped Kapish into the seasoned professional he is today. As a student, he co-established the university’s first real-money investment fund. This venture solidified his passion for finance and led him to internship opportunities at Blackrock and Citigroup.

After graduating from Stern, Kapish accepted a full-time job at Citigroup's Global Industrial Group. He worked alongside such industry stalwarts as Kevin Cox, Scott Baird, and Ben DiFabio, and credits this experience with helping him further develop his skills in the financial industry.

In 2016, Kapish Haldia left Citigroup to join Highview Capital's founding team, where he significantly contributed to the firm's growth. During his six years with Highview, he worked on nearly 50 acquisitions, consolidating the acquired companies into larger businesses. He also served on the board of directors for half of the portfolio at Highview Capital.

Always an entrepreneur at heart, Kapish left Highview to build an investment platform that focuses on small to medium-sized family and founder-owned businesses. He now works in partnership with these families and founders, using his skills in strategic acquisitions, business operations, and investing to help these business owners scale their companies and maximize value.

When he's not working, Kapish enjoys living the Venice Beach lifestyle. He's a regular at Neuehouse, a work, social and cultural hub for local creatives and innovators. Kapish Haldia is also committed to health and wellness, so makes time to work out at the fitness club Equinox near his home and to engage in breathwork at the mindfulness studio Open. Kapish is a voracious reader, with a particular interest in books about company founders and investors. Currently, he’s working on a new project that combines his passion for community, music, and food. Stay tuned!
